☆ if in the case that no scheduling accommodations have been requested and the commissioner does not respond within 5 business days, the commissioner must pay a $15 release fee for their commission if requested to be completed☆ if in the case that no scheduling accommodations have been requested and the commissioner does not respond within 10 business days, the commissioner must pay a $30 release fee for their commission if requested to be completed☆ if in the case that no scheduling accommodations have been requested and commissioner does not respond within 14 business days, the commission will be discarded and no refund will be issued☆ if in the case that the commissioner would like a refund before I complete lineart/composition/color map, a full refund can be provided☆ if in the case that the commissioner would like a refund when I have completed lineart/composition/color map, only a 40% refund will be provided
